Being a part of our Graduate Programme will give you the opportunity to expand your professional development in all areas of the business and understand how our culture of innovation, coupled with the skills of our local craftsmen, produce some of the most technically-advanced and beautiful yachts in the world. 

What to expect

A challenge. Your work will be varied, exciting and rewarding. You could be heading up content and marketing campaigns, providing ongoing seamless technical expert support thorough our sales process, you might influence business strategy or direct a team to deliver change.  Whether you want to be an engineer, a naval architect or a safety specialist no day will be the same.

You’ll find ways for us to continually improve and to meet the changing needs of our business, while crafting your career as you hone your skills and gain valuable experience.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for future leaders and experts. Those not afraid to take on challenges and get stuck in.

We welcome all backgrounds and individuals from a range of degrees and experiences, but we’d like to see at least a 2:1 in your degree.
