Meet the Princess Yachts Limited Executive Board:

Antony Sheriff

Executive Chairman and CEO

 Antony Sheriff joined Princess Yachts in January 2016 following a decade as CEO of McLaren Automotive where he built the road car business and launched the first generation of McLaren super sports cars. Under Antony’s stewardship, Princess Yachts is experiencing record growth, advance orders and a return to profitability underpinned by a renewed focus on quality, technology and innovative product development at Princess’ Plymouth headquarters. Prior to Princess and McLaren Automotive, Antony graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S in Engineering from Swarthmore College as well as an M.S in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T). Following a consultancy role at McKinsey & Company, Antony spent eight years at Fiat Auto where he was Director of Product Development for Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia. Antony also sits on the Board of Directors of a number of innovative, luxury companies including Aston Martin, Bugatti Rimac and Pininfarina.

Adrian Bratt

General Counsel and External Affairs Director

 Adrian is a chartered governance professional and a commercial solicitor. He joined Princess Yachts in 2017 having acted for the organisation over the previous decade whilst in a national private practice law firm where he worked predominantly in the manufacturing, retail and energy sectors acting for major national and multinational Plc’s. Adrian previously served as a Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy and then retrained as a lawyer following 10 years' operational service in the Gulf, Caribbean, Australasia and the Mediterranean, as well as a stint as the skipper of a patrol boat. Adrian graduated in Biochemistry from Cardiff University and subsequently obtained Post-Graduate Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice, he is also a graduate and fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and a member of the Trading Standards Institute. Adrian chairs the Regional Council for the CBI, and he is a Non- Executive Director of the British Marine Federation.  He sits on the Plymouth Growth Board, and the Plymouth and South Devon Freezone Board and is also a member of the Maritime Enterprise Working Group as part of the UK’s National Shipbuilding Strategy.

Paul Turner

HR Director

 Paul joined Princess Yachts in February 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in diverse sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, Aviation and Logistics. Paul’s background is in Unionised businesses with a strong focus on ER issues, Organisational Development, workforce planning, TUPE and Learning and Development. Paul chairs the Employment and Skills Board (ESB) for Plymouth City Council, with a focus on broadening employment opportunities for everyone, regardless of background, across the city. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Graham Maxa

Chief Financial Officer

Graham is a Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with in excess of 20 years financial experience within an international manufacturing environment, focusing within the engineering, motorsport and automotive sectors. Prior to joining Princess Yachts in March 2017, Graham has held senior financial positions within Private Equity businesses and privately owned businesses, taking them through sales processes and acquisitions. Experience has been gained through international subsidiaries, refinancing, SOX compliance and US/UK accounting requirements.

Paul Mackenzie

Chief Operating Officer

 Paul Mackenzie is a highly experienced Composites Engineer and Programme Manager with a BEng Honours degree in Composites Engineering. Paul spent six years working within the defence industry followed by 17 years at McLaren Automotive where he progressed from Engineering Manger to Project Manager, moving on to become Programme Director for the Mercedes/McLaren Stirling Moss, McLaren P1 and McLaren P1 GTR and finally Executive Director of McLaren Special Operations before joining Princess in October 2016. Paul spent his first 3 years as Chief Technical Officer before taking up his current position as Chief Operating Officer.

Will Green

Chief Commercial Officer

Will Green joined Princess Yachts in 2003 and has helped shape the Company as Chief Sales Officer and more recently in his position of Chief Commercial Officer. Previously Head of UK Sales at luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin, Will oversees the strategic direction of Princess’ global sales, continually developing the customer experience with a highly professional network of distributors and dealers who represent the brand in over 65 countries worldwide.
