Fit Out Support Operative

Basic Pay £11.06 per hour, moving to £11.91 within approx. 3 – 6 months based on work package completion

Overtime £15.63 - £19.75

We run various shift patterns ranging from

Day shift (7.00 -17.00) Monday – Thursday

Late shift (15.00 - 12.30am) Monday – Thursday

 Shift Premium is an additional £2.77 per hour for the late shift

Pre-entry qualification/experience

• Familiar with power and hand tools is advantageous but not essential.
• No formal qualifications required but level 1 in Engineering or Carpentry is Beneficial.
• Some hands-on skills or ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Good communication skills needed.

Duties

Assembly of a range of components across one or more boat lines to support the Fit-Out function (Carpenter & Engineers). Assembling various components together by hand and or using a variety of hand tools so manual dexterity is required. Ability to listen carefully and take on instructions verbal and written is also important.
